Members of Argentina, the defending champions, touched down in Kansas City on Sunday morning just after 11 a.m. after an 11-hour flight from capital city Buenos Aires. They went straight from their plane with a police escort to the Origin Hotel on Berkley Riverfront, where they were greeted by more than 50 passionate fans.
